Sarfraz is Director of Housing Operations at Unity Housing Association, with over 20 years’ experience in social housing. He oversees housing services, repairs, compliance, customer service, income collection and resident engagement, with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer services, building trust, and supporting thriving communities. Prior to joining the housing sector, Sarfraz held senior leadership roles in the charity sector and served as Vice Chair of an NHS Trust.
