Government Warm Homes Plan - Available to Social Housing Tenants

A new ‘Warm Homes Plan’ has just been released by the government with the ambition of supporting thousands of households in England to be more energy efficient and to save money on energy bills.

If you’re eligible and your local council has funding available, they will arrange a home survey to see how your home could be made more energy efficient. They might suggest improvements like installing:

-wall, loft and underfloor insulation
-air source heat pumps
-smart controls
-solar panels
